Choir Rehearsal: Sundays at 4:30 PM at Grace Church

Vestry Meeting:  Thursday, May 12th at 6:00 PM at Grace Church

National Cathedral Bus Trip: On Friday, May 13th, Grace Episcopal Church and Piedmont Parish are joining to take a bus trip to the National Cathedral for a guided tour. The bus will pick up at Grace Church at 8:00 AM. A carry-on breakfast will be provided. The bus will stop outside of DC on the way home for dinner. If you would like to join the group, please contact Vicar Anne or Linda. Checks for $40.00 should be made out to Grace Episcopal Church, with DC Trip in the memo section.

Rogation Celebration and outdoor Eucharist:  On Sunday, May 22nd, the 6th Sunday of Easter, we will be gathering up by the Unity Garden, so please wear clothing that will be comfortable for the outdoors and bring a lawn chair, if able. There will be Marigolds to plant around the Unity Garden after the service. Inclement weather will move this service indoors. 

Diocesan Meet & Greet:  On Monday, May 23rd from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, a Meet & Greet session with the nominees for Bishop will be held at St Paul’s Memorial in Charlottesville. All members of the Diocese of Virginia are welcome to attend. Registration is not required.

YDC Middle School Summer Camp: June 13th-17th at Grace Episcopal Church. We will not be providing food this week, SUMC and 4-H are responsible.

YDC Elementary School Summer Camp: June 27th-July 1st at Grace Episcopal Church. Grace Church will be providing snacks and lunches for this week under the leadership of Jeannie Palin. We will need volunteers, so please stay posted as the time approaches. It’s always a fun time for the children and volunteers, but it’s also such a wonderful feeling to see how much this time means to these children.
